  • Recommended vaccinations

  • Nutrition
In-House Pharmacy For your convenience we carry most medications your pet will need so you can start treating as soon as possible. We are happy to quickly order less common medications for you. WELLNESS & PREVENTION Puppy and Kitten Wellness WELLNESS & PREVENTION Wellness exams and prevention are important to giving your puppy or kitten a long, happy life. When you bring your new family member in for a wellness visit, we'll recommend specific vaccines, wellness tests, preventatives, and any bloodwork. Radiology Radiographs give us a better idea what might be going on in your pet’s inside. We can assess heart and lungs, the gastrointestinal tract and abdomen, Joint and bone health and much more. Our brand-new digital x ray machine is state of the art. We offer send-out to a radiology service to make sure you can get a specialist’s opinion. DIAGNOSTICS Read More Vaccinations WELLNESS & PREVENTION We offer a number a vaccinations to keep your pet safe and healthy.
  • DHPP (Distemper, adenovirus, parvo, parainfluenza): This is considered a “core” vaccine and is administered to all puppies between the ages of 7 weeks and 16 weeks and then boostered annually.
  • Lepto: Leptospirosis is a spirochete bacterium that can be transmitted in pets that go hiking, swimming, or are exposed to wildlife such as rodents or raccoons. This disease is zoonotic and can be transmitted to humans. We recommend this vaccine for all of our canine patients.
In-House Laboratory Thanks to our in house lab we are able to give you quick answers if your pet is sick. We are able to run bloodwork, do urinalysis , check for tick borne and heart worm disease and much more. DIAGNOSTICS Microchipping WELLNESS & PREVENTION Microchips reunite lost pets and their owners! They are small chips that get implanted under your pet’s skin ( a quick and easy procedure). Most animal control facilities and of course veterinarians can scan the chip’s unique number and find the registered owner. Dentistry Pets have dental disease, too! They will eat normally and pretend everything is well sometimes even when in severe pain. When examining your pet’s teeth we can see inflammation and tartar. We will then schedule an oral exam under anesthesia where we can get a better view and take dental radiographs to assess the tooth’s health. Many times disease is under the gumline and can only be seen on Xrays. We are happy to answer your questions and discuss your pet’s dental health with you. DENTAL SERVICES Surgery We perform our procedures in our designated surgery suite where a trained anesthesia technician will continuously monitor the patient with state of the art equipment . Our veterinarians are experienced surgeons who are well versed in soft tissue surgery. SURGICAL SERVICES Therapeutic Laser Cold laser therapy is a noninvasive procedure that uses light to stimulate cell regeneration and increase blood circulation. In minor cases, laser therapy alone may be enough to alleviate pain and stimulate the healing process. Because it works directly on injured or affected areas, laser treatments can help speed up healing, strengthen muscle and tissue, improve mobility and enhance your dog's overall quality of life almost immediately. ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE Acupuncture Acupuncture can assist the body to heal itself by affecting certain physiological changes. Acupuncture can stimulate nerves, increase blood circulation, relieve muscle spasms and cause the release of hormones such as endorphins (one of the body's pain control chemicals) and cortisol (a natural steroid).
